We’re heading on over to the STATIC: Investigator Training release party tonight… and if it’s a release party, you know that that means!

Greetings All!

Just wanted to chime in with an update, progress is going really well; we weren’t far off on Halloween night, but we’re taking our time to add in a lot of subtle goodies. We spent a lot of last week working on sound effects, since sound immersion is so key. Lots of folks felt the sfx in the static demo was done really well, we’ve tried to do an even better job with the full game, adding lots of crisp and creepy sounds.

We’ve been doing a lot of gameplay testing too; making sure puzzles aren’t too hard or too easy; STATIC has a mix of both… oh and then there are the scares… I know where they are and when they’re coming, but occasionally a few still get me Jacki just says I’m a wuss, an she’s probably right.

This weekend we’re having a party for all the folks involved in STATIC (actors, berkshire paranormal etc.) at the Houghton Mansion in North Adams, MA

Overall STATIC is almost done, and I imagine we’ll be announcing it here very soon.
